Halbach & Braun builds complete crusher installations and bunker discharge conveyors for minerals and similar material, like limestone, plaster stone, salt and coal.
The crushers are primary crushers and their round about parameters are:
• Lump size: 0-1500mm
• Production: 500-1000 t/h,
Coal more than 2000 t/h
• Crushed grain: 0-300mm (for belt conveyor use)
H&B crushers have a big capacity and a compact design. With mounted slides or caterpillardrive they are semimobile. So these crushers can be used at the place of mineral extraction and can follow the mining progress, "In pit crushing".
The crushed grain is transported by beltconveyors from the pit/mine to the central mineral processing.

With this strategy the intensive use of vehicle transport of big lumps can be avoided. But also stationary use of crushers in shop floors with limited hight is possible because of their low design.
The choice of the rotor and therefore the type of crusher - impact or pick drum crusher - depends on the mineral to be crushed and on the expected crushing result.
