The Roller PloughsThe H&B Roller Plough RP is built very robust, designed für deep cuts with a high content of coal pieces.The Roller Plough RP is running on rollers along the plough guide and converting the friction forces of cutting, weight forward pressure into a rolling situation. Avoiding friction reduces wear and saves energy, thus enabling deeper cuts of the H&B Roller Plough. The H&B Roller Plough is connected with the pulling chain on the upper race. The height of the pulling force is in the centre of the cutting forces so that there is no torque to the guide transmitted. No friction and no sticking fo the plough body on the guide. |
