Halbach&Braun offers a modern range of gear units
• Two-stage planetary gear units (PL)
• Three-step bevel-spurplanetary gear units (KPL)
in the performance range of 200kW - 1200kW. These gear units are combining an optimum of small size and robust design. Halbach & Braun is able to adapt these gear units to the design of drive frames of other manufacturers.
  • Compact, durable construction
  • Symmetrical structure, therefore assembly on right and left side of the drive possible
  • Water cooling, with relief valve
  • Position of the radiators and the pipe connection at safe distance to the discharge of conveyor
  • Oil pump possible, for safe lubrication in strongly incline position
  • "Round corners" at the housing. So no handicap of the material transport in discharge area to the lower stageloader (caving method).
